Safe Harbor Regional Navigators connect youth with services and serve as points of contact for their communities.
Youth, educators, service providers, law enforcement, and community members are encouraged to contact the navigator in your area if you are working with a young person who may be sexually exploited.

Support Within Reach Bemidji 218-444-9524
Support Within Reach provides trained advocates to help survivors of sexual violence, offers prevention education to help protection of women, children, and men from sexual violence. Support Within Reach assures that survivors of sexual violence are treated with dignity and respect, and empowers people and communities through information, knowledge, and the services available to survivors and those who care about them.

PAVSA (Program for Aid to Victims of Sexual Assault) Duluth 218-726-1931
PAVSA provides services to victims of sexual violence including sexual exploitation and trafficking. PAVSA’s victim services include: immediate crisis intervention on a 24-hour crisis line, specially trained medical personnel (SANE program) to help with emergency medical care, short- and long-term individual counseling services, sexual assault therapeutic support groups, and advocacy to help people with the medical, legal, and personal ramifications of sexual violence.
West Central

Someplace Safe helps victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, labor trafficking, and other crimes (including; stalking, elder abuse, identity theft, robbery, theft, etc.). Someplace Safe helps victims navigate the social, emotional, and economic impacts they face as victims on the path to becoming survivors.
East Central

Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota (LSS) - Brainerd Brainerd 218-824-3770
LSS of Minnesota, Brainerd Youth Services provides services ranging from street outreach to case management to transitional housing programs for runaway, homeless, at-risk, and exploited youth in the East Central region. Programs include Street Outreach, Basic Center, Journey Transitional Living Program, the Red Path Independent Living Program, and Safe Harbor foster care and outreach, which provides youth with support, safety, and shelter.
South Central

Dodge & Olmsted Victim Services Rochester 507-289-0636
Dodge, Fillmore, and Olmsted County Victim Services provides advocacy and support to victims of crime, sexual assault survivors, trafficking victims, and sexually exploited youth. Advocates work with systems partners to respond to the needs of victims. Victim Services also educates on prevention practices to challenge the existence of violence in their communities. Services include, but are not limited, to a 24 hour crisis line, crisis intervention services, support and advocacy during evidentiary exams at the emergency room and during law enforcement interviews, assistance with filing restraining orders and safety planning, as well as ongoing advocacy services throughout the life of a criminal case.
Southwest

The Southwest Crisis Center provides direct services to primary and secondary victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, sexual harassment, stalking, and child abuse including domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy and on-going support as well as 24-hour crisis line.
West Metro

The Link provides support to at-risk youth in the Twin Cities. The Link provides case management services to youth who are truant, homeless, or involved in the legal system through Self-Sufficiency Support for Youth Experiencing Homelessness, Positive Alternatives in Juvenile Justice, and Programming for Minor Victims of Sex Trafficking programming.
East Metro

Tribal Regional Navigators

Family Violence Prevention Program provides advocacy and support to victims/survivors of domestic assault, elder abuse, sexual assault, human trafficking, victims of crime, and sexually exploited youth. FVPP services include a 24 hour crisis line, DV emergency shelter, crisis intervention, one on one support, case management, safety planning, and assistance with filing restraining orders.
White Earth Tribal Nation Down on Violence Everyday 218-850-2011
White Earth DOVE Program is a victim services program that assists victims and survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, general crimes, and human trafficking. DOVE offers prevention education for at risk youth as well as community outreach and education. Dove provides shelter, advocacy services and referrals for men, women, and children. The DOVE Program assures that survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, general crimes, and human trafficking are treated with dignity and respect, to Empower and Support Victims in Becoming Survivors.
