- Volunteers return messages during business hours. They will listen, answer questions, offer encouragement and connect you with local resources as needed.

- Available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm
- For pregnant and postpartum women, birthing people and parents of children ages 0-5 to receive information about programs available at Hennepin Healthcare.

- Free Peer Support:
- Free one-on-one support with a trained volunteer, closed Facebook support group for pregnant and postpartum parents in Minnesota (moderated by a trained volunteer), and weekly virtual peer support groups.
- Crisis Nurseries:
- Crisis Nursery locations provide safe, short-term care (up to 72 hours) by licensed providers for children of parents seeking mental health support.
