- Care Providers of Minnesota - Care Providers of Minnesota is a nonprofit membership association with the mission to lead members to excellence. Our 900-plus members across Minnesota represent nonprofit and for-profit organizations providing services along the full spectrum of post-acute care and long-term services and support. We are the state affiliate for the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living, and with our national partners we help members succeed.
- LeadingAge Minnesota - Together with nearly 60,000 caregivers, our 1,400 members provide quality, compassionate care to 55,000 older adults every day in independent senior housing, assisted living, in-home care, adult day services and skilled nursing settings.
- Minnesota Home Care Association - Minnesota Home Care Association (MHCA) is a non-profit trade association representing home care agencies from across the state. MHCA members include basic license, comprehensive license, hospice agencies, Medicare-certified, and PCA providers.
- Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care - Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care (MNHPC) is the state's leading network of individuals, health care providers, and allied organizations concerned with hospice and palliative care in Minnesota.
