  • Care Providers of Minnesota - Care Providers of Minnesota is a nonprofit membership association with the mission to lead members to excellence. Our 900-plus members across Minnesota represent nonprofit and for-profit organizations providing services along the full spectrum of post-acute care and long-term services and support. We are the state affiliate for the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living, and with our national partners we help members succeed.
  • LeadingAge Minnesota - Together with nearly 60,000 caregivers, our 1,400 members provide quality, compassionate care to 55,000 older adults every day in independent senior housing, assisted living, in-home care, adult day services and skilled nursing settings.
  • Minnesota Home Care Association - Minnesota Home Care Association (MHCA) is a non-profit trade association representing home care agencies from across the state. MHCA members include basic license, comprehensive license, hospice agencies, Medicare-certified, and PCA providers.
  • Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care - Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care (MNHPC) is the state's leading network of individuals, health care providers, and allied organizations concerned with hospice and palliative care in Minnesota. We provide resources and support for individuals facing serious illness or the end of life and their loved ones. We also provide education, advocacy, and networking opportunities as well as resources and tools for healthcare professionals in the hospice and palliative care communities.
