MDH Customer Focus Connection

Podcast. Join MDH staff as they share their experiences using customer-focused approaches.

Episode 1: The world of fact sheets

July 2018

Public health programs often use fact sheets and other materials to share information, but how often do they ask customers what they really need from these materials? One program at MDH surveyed primary care providers to find out if providers were using the program’s fact sheets, and what content was most important.

Episode 2: Continuous customer engagement

August 2018

Engaging customers takes planning and effort, but it is worth it. At least, this is what the MDH Connect staff think! They used a continuous customer engagement cycle to engage customers, gather their feedback, and determine next steps. For more details about their experience and how to do their "open houses," listen to the episode and view the open house plan.
