We will hold two public meetings on the rules—one on September 6 and one on September 17 (see below for details). If you cannot make either of the meetings, you can still comment on the changes being considered. Comments will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2018. You may submit a comment to the Contact Person.
