ACS-Verified Level I, II and III Trauma Hospital Designation
Trauma hospitals that are verified by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma will be issued a state trauma designation upon notification by the ACS that the hospital has successfully completed the verification/re-verification process. No further action by the trauma hospital is necessary.
If you have any questions regarding the designation process, please contact the designation coordinator.
