Required Electronic Notification to MDH via Web for IDR and IIDR for Federal Deficiencies Issued in Nursing Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities
Purpose:
The purpose of this information bulletin is to notify Federally Certified Nursing Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities that the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) must be notified via the web of federal deficiencies being disputed under the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) and Independent Informal Dispute Resolution (IIDR) Processes. This will facilitate processing of informal disputes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Electronic notification must be made via the website to MDH for IDR or IIDR processes. Electronic notification must be made within the 10 calendar day period allotted for submitting an acceptable plan of correction.
