The Minnesota RxPT Dashboards use data on prescription drugs reported to MDH by drug manufacturers and from reference data for drugs that meet reporting requirements outlined in the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act (Minnesota Statutes 62J.84). Downloadable files of all data reported by drug manufacturers are also available below.

*Some data are withheld to protect trade secrets or because the determination that data do not meet the standards for trade secret designation has not been finalized. MDH is in the process of addressing data quality concerns that require clarifications or corrections by manufacturers.
