Congenital Cytomegalovirus Public Health Data

Congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a reportable condition in Minnesota. Reported positive cases include those that are found through newborn screening and cases identified through other diagnostic testing. Cases are reviewed and included in the data below if they meet the CSTE case definition. By following this data, the Minnesota Department of Health is hoping to better understand and describe congenital CMV in Minnesota.
