Benchmarking Process Assessment

HCH is reviewing clinic benchmarking for process improvements. Near the end of 2018, the program conducted a survey of HCH clinics, and to enhance understanding of the survey findings, facilitated a brainstorming session in the spring of 2019 with members of the Measurement and Evaluation and Program Innovation Workgroups. The following reports provide the findings and recommendations from HCH’s stakeholder engagement on benchmarking.
