Minnesota Clinical Training Sites

Clinical Training Site: Where the students/residents gain clinical training experience in an inpatient or ambulatory patient care setting in Minnesota. A clinical training site is the Minnesota Health Care Program (MHCP) enrolled practice address where training occurred.

Minnesota Sponsoring Institutions & Teaching Programs

Sponsoring Institution: A hospital, school, or consortium in Minnesota that sponsors and maintains primary organizational and financial responsibility for a clinical medical education program in Minnesota and which is accountable to the accrediting body.

Teaching Program: Accredited Minnesota teaching program at a Minnesota institution that enrolls trainees and is responsible for the trainee's overall education. Teaching program coordinates clinical training for their enrolled students/residents at clinical training locations.
