Memo
Parts of Baytown Township, West Lakeland Township, and the cities of Bayport and Lake Elmo Special Well and Boring Construction Area (SWBCA) went into effect May 6, 1988, revised March 30, 2005, (expansion of boundaries). Construction, repair, and sealing of regulated wells and borings within the SWBCA may only take place in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in the SWBCA memo, found at: 2005 Memo (PDF).

Boundaries
Effective May 6, 1988, revised March 30, 2005 - and cities of Bayport and Lake Elmo - South ½ of Sections 7 and 8; Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, and North ½ of Section 19, Township 29 North, Range 20 West; and Section 13, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County.
