Special Well and Boring Construction Area
Memo
East Bethel Sanitary Landfill Special Well and Boring Construction Area (SWBCA) went into effect March 15, 1998. Construction, repair, and sealing of regulated wells and borings within the SWBCA may only take place in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in the SWBCA memo, found at: 1998 Memo (PDF).
Boundaries
East ½ Section 8, West ½ Section 9, West ½ of Northeast ¼ of Section 9, West ½ and Southeast ¼, Section 9, Township 33 North, Range 23 West; in the city of East Bethel, Anoka County. Beginning at the intersection of State Highway 65 and Sims Road Northeast, the boundary extends north on State Highway 65 approximately one mile to 221st Avenue Northeast, then east on 221st Avenue Northeast approximately one and one quarter miles, then south approximately one mile, then west approximately one and one quarter miles to the intersection of State Highway 65 and Sims Road.
