Memo
Perham Special Well and Boring Construction Area (SWBCA) went into effect February 15, 2007. Construction, repair, and sealing of regulated wells and borings within the SWBCA may only take place in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in the SWBCA memo, found at: 2007 Memo (PDF).
Boundaries
South ½ of Section 14 and that portion of Section 23 north of State Highway 10 of Township 136 North, Range 39 West, Otter Tail County.
