Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative Request for Proposals: 2023 Evaluation Capacity Building Grant

The EHDI Evaluation Capacity Building Grant funds are specifically designed to support EHDI grantees in strengthening the prevention and early detection services they provide to cultural communities in Minnesota, including identifying best practices in the elimination of health disparities and addressing social determinants of health, building successful partnerships, networking, improving their ability to monitor their success, learning about successful strategies in other communities, documenting success and areas for growth, and reporting results.
Responders may include, but are not limited to:
- Non-profit organizations
- Universities, colleges, or research institutions
- Professional consulting firms
- Independent contractors
This RFP will give further priority to applications that demonstrate an ability to work effectively in partnership with American Indians and populations of color.

Applications due: June 9, 2023 (until 11:59 p.m. CDT)
Anticipated notice of award: August 15, 2023
Grant period begins: October 1, 2023 or when grant agreement is fully executed, whichever is later.
