System Performance Improvement
In February 2009 the Statewide Trauma System contracted with the Trauma Center Association of America (TCAA) to develop a comprehensive and scalable model performance improvement plan that will be used by the State Trauma Advisory Council to develop the system's performance improvement plan and establish regional priorities. The model contains metrics to establish and conduct trauma performance improvement at the state, regional and local levels and includes separate sections for both EMS and rehabilitation.
