Infoview Report Revisions and Corrections

The following is a list of Infoview report templates that have been revised or corrected, the date of the most recent revision/correction, and how they they were revised/corrected. Reports are listed alphabetically based on the folder where they can be found.

  • Staff ID changed to staff name.

Appointments

• UNFILLED APPOINTMENT INTERVALS (12/11/2024)
  • Changed title from UNFILLED APPOINTMENT BLOCKS since “blocks” are used in WINNIE to indicate time periods during a resource schedule that are not available for appointments.
  • Corrected report to count “blocks” separately from allotted, scheduled, and unscheduled time intervals.
  • NOTE! Unable to correct for events since there are no links between events and resource schedules in the database. Users will have to manually adjust for events if considered unallotted time and resource schedules overlap the event. Another tab was added to identify any events scheduled during the specified time period to assist with this.

Benefits

• MISSED NUTRITION VISITS BY LAST CLINIC ISSUED (10/23/2024)
  • The formula used to identify languages has become outdated resulting in the incorrect language displaying (ex: Braille instead of Dari). Revised the query to use the language description instead of using a formula.

  • Changed title (combined ONE CALL: FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH PARTICIPANT FIRST NAME and ONE CALL: FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH AUTH REP’S FIRST NAME).
  • Revised queries to pull Local Use responses from a different table where they are now stored in WINNIE.
  • Updated the prompts to use Answer IDs instead of values based on position #6 (now obsolete in WINNIE).
  • Added the description and code for Language1 and Language2 to both of the Future Appts tabs to provide versatility. Agencies will need to delete unwanted columns.

    • Changed the Prescreen date from when the record was created to the Application Date.
  • Corrected the WIC Type – changed from current to the WIC Type at certification
