Overview
The Healthy Minnesota Partnership (the Partnership) brings together the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and organizations from across the state to improve health for all people living in Minnesota. Membership reflects a broad range of organizations and communities. It includes organizations from different sectors, such as local public health, health care organizations, human services, education, transportation, non-profits, community-based organizations, advocacy organizations, and more. The Partnership aligns with MDH’s vision for health equity in Minnesota, where all communities are thriving, and all people have what they need to be healthy.
The Partnership benefits from a committed and active group of member organizations that represent communities across Minnesota. If you have any questions about the Partnership or membership, please contact us: health.healthymnpartnership@state.mn.us.
