Asthma

Asthma is a chronic disease of the airways that makes breathing difficult. This site has information on how to manage it and live well with asthma, as well as resources and tools for professionals who help people with asthma.

Know Your Asthma Triggers 

Asthma triggers are everywhere; outside, in businesses, at your work place, schools, everywhere. Children, teens, and adults now spend up to 90% of their time indoors, and at least 50% of that time is spent in the home. 

Learn more about what triggers make asthma worse. Learn about different types of triggers (allergens and irritants) and what you can do to reduce your exposure and avoid an asthma episode.
