WIC Monthly Participation

WIC will maintain at least 3 years of participation data for closed-out months on our website. Local Agency WIC staff can find previous Federal Fiscal Year Cumulative Monthly reports in the Infoview >> ANNUAL REPORTS >> Year >> Participation folder.

Year-To-Date Participation by Agency
For current participation, WIC staff can run the Infoview Year-To-Date Participation report template found in the INFOVIEW TEMPLATES >> Counts >> Monthly Participation folder (for more information, see Year-to-date Participation - Infoview Guidance Document (PDF)).

FFY Cumulative Monthly Summary by Grantee
These reports provide participation counts for closed-out months by Grantee. Close-out occurs two months after End-of-Month (EOM) has been run for that month. (Example: January 2025 is closed out after March 2025 EOM, which is run in April 2025.)
