Integrated Sexual Health Outreach and Education Communications Campaign

The purpose of this solicitation is to contract production and placement of communications materials aimed at increasing awareness of HIV, syphilis, and mpox, and other sexually transmitted illness as determined by MDH, in the Twin Cities metro and Duluth areas. These targeted prevention and education messages will be placed in marketing locations that are seeing high levels of transmission, including areas with declared outbreaks.

MDH requests proposals from qualified responders to communicate these messages to highly impacted communities, including men who have sex with men (MSM) and African American, non-Hispanic MSM. The messaging and materials will be inclusive and non-stigmatizing.
